Kerbz is the social platform for car enthusiasts. Whether your weekends are cars & coffee, a club meet, a show or a track day, it is one place for all of it: keep your cars in a garage, talk builds and setups in the Paddock, buy and sell cars, parts and gear in the Market, register for events, rent track cars, and see live timing and lap records when you do hit the track.

Creating an account is free, and so is nearly everything on it — the garage, the Paddock, browsing and listing parts in the Market, live timing and lap records. Event fees and rental prices are set by the host running them. The one Kerbz fee is a flat charge to list a whole car for sale in the Market.

No. Most people on Kerbz have never driven on a track. The garage, the Paddock and the Market are built for anyone who loves cars — the person restoring a Miata in their driveway as much as the one chasing a lap record. Track features are there when and if you want them.

Yes — Kerbz is on the App Store and Google Play, and everything also works in a browser at kerbz.app. Your garage, listings, threads and registrations are the same wherever you sign in.

Whole cars, and parts and gear: wheels, tires, brakes, suspension, seats and safety equipment, aero and body, engine and drivetrain, electronics, tools, trailers. It is enthusiast to enthusiast — Kerbz is the venue, not the seller.

Because you can look the seller up. Every listing shows the seller's garage, the events they have attended, the deals they have completed on Kerbz, and who vouches for them. A part is listed against the exact car it fits, so the people who own that car hear about it. And a car for sale comes with its Kerbz history — events entered, tech inspections, lap records, past owners — which no other marketplace can show you.

Parts and gear are free to list. Listing a whole car is a flat $49, paid once, and the listing stays up until the car sells — no expiry, no renewal fees, no commission, and nothing for the buyer to pay. The fee is not refundable.

Add the car to your garage if it is not there already, then choose "Sell this car" from the garage or "List something → A whole car" in the Market. The listing is built from the car: its photos, specs, safety equipment, mods and Kerbz history come across, so you only add a price, the mileage, the title status, a description and any documents (a Carfax, dyno sheet or build sheet as PDF). Pay the listing fee and it goes live — and everyone on Kerbz who owns the same model is told about it.

Mark it sold and pick the buyer. If they are on Kerbz, you can hand the car's record over to their garage in the same step — the photos, specs and full history move with it, and the ownership history records the hand-over. You can also just mark it sold and hand it over later from your garage. This moves a record on Kerbz, not legal title: the title, bill of sale and registration are still between you and the buyer.

They are between you. Kerbz does not process payment for a sale, hold money, or take a commission, and it never asks for payment details on a seller's behalf — anyone who says otherwise is not Kerbz. Meet in person where you can, and pay in a way that gives you recourse.

Only if the car has a title and you want to. A VIN on the listing lets buyers run a history report themselves, which serious buyers will ask for anyway. It is shown publicly on the listing, so enter it only if you are happy for it to be.

After a sale, buyer and seller each privately rate how it went; those ratings, plus vouches from other members and the seller's history on Kerbz, make up a seller's standing. "Trusted" means that standing is good. Ratings are never shown to the other party — they only affect who may list, message and buy.

Anyone with a track record on Kerbz: an event you have entered, a car that has been in your garage for two weeks, or a vouch from a driver who has one. A brand-new account can browse and save listings but cannot list, message a seller or ask a question under a listing until one of those is true — it is how we keep throwaway accounts out. New sellers can have two listings up at a time until their first deal on Kerbz is done.

No. Sell to whoever you like and mark the listing sold — you are not asked to name a buyer. Naming one only matters when the buyer is on Kerbz: the deal then counts on both of your records, you each rate how it went, and for a car the vehicle and its history move to their garage. A sale outside Kerbz is neither counted nor held against you; it simply is not on your record. One consequence: the two-listing cap for new sellers lifts on a first recorded deal, so a seller whose buyers are all off Kerbz stays at two until their events or time here lift it instead.

Open the listing, tap the menu (⋮) and choose Report — for a scam, stolen or counterfeit goods, harassment or anything that does not belong. Reports go straight to Kerbz support and the reporter is never named. Kerbz can take a listing off the Market while it is reviewed.

Yes. Owners of a model are told when something for it goes up for sale, at most once a day. Every notification has a "Mute" for that model, and Market notifications can be turned off entirely in Settings.

The place to talk cars: builds, setups, what tire pressure to run, what a noise means, where to drive this weekend. Threads are sorted into rooms — track, events, general, clubs and organizers — and tagged with the car they are about, so the people who own that car see them.

Yes. The Paddock and the Market are public — anyone can read, and posts can turn up in search results. You need an account to post, reply, honk or message. Discussions under an event can be kept to that event's registered drivers by its host.

It is how you say "yes, this" on Kerbz. A honk is a like — on threads, replies, listings and feed posts.

Your cars, with their photos, specs and safety equipment. The garage is what ties Kerbz together: it matches you to Paddock threads and Market listings about your cars, marks you as an owner when you post about one, fills in your car at event registration and tech inspection, and keeps the car's history — events, inspections, lap records, owners — in one place.

Yes. From the garage, transfer the car to another member and its whole record goes with it — the same hand-over that happens when a car sells in the Market. A rental fleet car cannot be transferred while it has upcoming bookings.

A shareable card for any car in your garage, with a QR code you can print for the paddock or a show. Scanning it opens the car's page on Kerbz — its photos, specs and history — and, if the car is for sale, the listing.

No. Many events on Kerbz welcome beginners. During registration you tell the host your experience level so they can put you in the right group and, where offered, pair you with an instructor.

Kerbz does not charge you to register. The event fee is set by the host and shown before you pay; it covers your entry and whatever the host includes, and any Kerbz processing fee is shown separately at checkout.

As many as you like. Everything you are entered in is on your dashboard and your Kerbz calendar, which you can subscribe to from your phone or Google Calendar.

Each event follows its host's cancellation policy, shown at registration. Request the cancellation from the registration on your dashboard and the host handles the refund under that policy. See the cancellation policy in the footer for the details.

To book and drive a host's car you need a valid driver's license, a valid payment method and a complete Kerbz profile. Hosts see your profile and driving history when they approve a booking.

Insurance is arranged by the host of the car, and the terms are shown before you book. Some hosts offer extra protection at checkout. You are responsible for damage to the car during your booking as set out in the rental terms.

Hosts running MYLAPS Orbits can stream their timing to Kerbz, so everyone at the event — and everyone following it — sees positions and lap times live on their phone. Your laps are saved to your logbook and to the car that ran them.

A lap record is your best lap at a track, with the car, the tires and the setup that did it, and optional video. Leaderboards rank records by track and class so you can see where you stand. A car's records stay with the car and go to the new owner if it is sold or transferred.

Your name, profile photo, garage, event history, Paddock posts and Market listings are public. Messages, deal ratings, your license, address and payment details are not. The privacy policy in the footer lists everything.

Go to Settings from the app or the dashboard to update your driving experience, license, photo and notification preferences. A complete profile gets you approved faster by hosts and shows as "Trusted" sooner in the Market.

In the app, go to Settings → Contact Support → Close my account. Your listings, threads and garage are removed with it; content other people quoted remains theirs.
